In the middle of an attack, you unfortunately got disconnected and you thought you will lose. But turns out you 3 starred the base anyways.

It’s because when you exit the game in the middle of an attack, the game simulates how the attack would’ve gone given the troops already placed to give you the end result.
It will auto finish the attack with whatever troops were deployed. Some people attack and then switch to airplane mode to speed it up.
If you put down all of your troops, it will finish the attack. If you put down some, it doesn’t deploy the rest for you.
Yes. In fact I almost always close my game during Builder Base battles after I drop all troops.
this doesn’t usually happen , because when i know i will three star i just quit the game and join back and save a minute 🙂
