I recommend to start upgrading your th and while it is upgrading use your other builders to finish off the buildings left

You 100% should. Sitting around with maxed hero’s is just wasting dark elixir.
No you still have a lot of walls to upgrade plus whatever else you have left in lab I’d stay at 11 and perfect your attacks for clan wars and CWL
ofcourse you shouldn’t. you got so much more to do. The cannons, mortars and bombtowers all need to be upgraded 2 levels, Making it 26 upgrades. not to mention the air sweeper and many traps you haven’t done. You still have plenty to do before you’re max
