Why does the first item of 30 space only add 15 seconds, but after it adds the normal 10 minutes?

Because you have 27 minutes worth of brewing time for the spell factory already selected (3 rages and 3 hastes). If you popped the spells out (which can run simultaneously to troops), then you’d see the real troop cook time reflected when you are adding and removing just the troops. That number it shows you…is the total amount of time it takes for everything. You could remove all your troops and leave only the spells and it would still show 27 minutes until you added at least enough troops to exceed 27 minutes.
