I’m trying to recover my old account that I lost and according to supercell’s costumer service, because of some problem with my account they can’t recover my account with supercell Id. The only way is to link a new clash of clans account to Game Center. The problem is, there used to be an option to link to Game Center in the game setting but now there isn’t. When I simply log in to Game Center in my phone’s setting, the costumer service are saying that I’m not connected, when I explain the situation to them they simply ignored me. Is there anyone here who went through the same thing? What should I do?
