If you are a max / near max non th14 as the top anchor base for your clan you will get pummeled in wars. Change my mind. Open your mind beyond absolute, max everything down to the orange roof on Howard Johnson’s outhouse or hyper rush with barch to 14 with level 1 defenses and walls.
