All wars have a “My Team” tab that shows results of every members attack in that war. Which I believe can be accessed at any time if your war log is public. Unless you are asking for a “Life to date” compilation of data.

How is that going to show active/inactive for standard wars? All time, monthly, weekly?

Enforce strict rules when it comes to wars (attack missed= demotion/kick); and you’ll filter out the inactive people.
Maybe as a start ask everyone to set themselves on red (not reacting = demotion/kick); then those who want to war set to green and then….

Or start excel and keep track of everyones performance…
