Earlier today, I suspected I as a target a phishing so I raised a question to support asking if I need wary and if there is anything I should do to protect myself?

The account was then locked and support wanted me to provide supporting evidence to unlock it.

Having played multiple accounts over almost 8 years, I have tried to provide as much detail as I have for the account but was not able to provide the oldest receipt having bought gems over the years for my accounts.

My request was closed multiple time without any reason given.

I did really played the account over the years and I still have the email address that is linked to my supercell ID but looking through other similar posts I fear all hope is lost.

Anybody has any successful experience that they can share?
