So yes i did contact Help and support and they almost did nothing they said the response will be kind of late because they just released Th13(not14) and they didn’t respond until a week ago i had an idea
This one time my BS account was locked and I recovered it by changing the email that was connected to the bs account
So i did the same here and it worked the hacker doesn’t know the account email and he can’t log in now 😀
