When CWL starts we are only able to donate defensive CC troops for the next war. It would streamline war prep, especially for the people who boost their troops to fill CC’s, to be able to fill CC’s for every match at the start of CWL.
The only issue I could hear people complaining about is the fact that we can swap out bases up to when the next war starts. However, this is already an acceptable risk with the current setup.

I support this. When I’m done attacking for the day I have all that training space just sitting there. Might as well use that time to get ahead.
