Army, always keep your attack higher than your defence.
Well you need a good army to steal loot… but you need solid defenses to protect your loot… what do you do??? Eh just upgrade what you use most troop wise, then do defenses.
Keeping Defenses at higher level helps protect your base …. particularly the walls as def… & usually keeps people from just tagging collectors and leaving. You will be able to defenses against attacks thus-keeping more loot! Upgrade troops as you need them, do defenses often!
Army, then you can steal more loot
Offense is always more important. You will always be farmed. In war you can take 6 stars and only give up 3.
Offense>Defense
