It will definitely reach them both, but you need to zoom in and be precise and drop it at the wall above the corner of the archer tower
Lightning can reach a building if it is at most 2 tiles away on one side, and 1 tile away on the other.
I.e. If building hitbox is at (0, 0), it can be hit at (1, 2) or (2, 1), but not (3, 0)
