Yes but at th10 you need to focus on your heroes. It is a lot easier :).

Yep go th10 but dont neglect your heroes try upgrading the all the time.

I would prefer 30-30 but since everything is maxxed you can get your lab done and start with walls + troops and get them to 30-30, you will be able to do decent queen walks.
