War match ups are mostly based on walls right? I have about 200 lvl 9 walls and maybe 25 level 10. Why are my match ups in war th9 with defenses and similar walls? My defenses are still that of a max th8, and some things are still low level because I haven’t been able to get to them. I feel like I’m being penalized for upgrading my walls.

War match ups are primarily based on the overall war weight of the clan. Individual base matching is only a secondary factor.
I have 181 level 9 and 69 level 10 walls. Leads me to believe war match making is based solely on walls
