[ASK] Which strategy does your clan use for deciding who attacks what in normal wars?

I’ve been leading a clan for just over a year now, and I’ve tried several different methods for our war strategy.

I’ve tried the Bottom-up strategy where players at the bottom of the clan go first in their attacks, and working our way up the bases – but this got harder to pull off with more people in wars, especially when 2-3 (or more) people didn’t attack until late or didn’t attack at all.

Currently, we do a mirror-first strategy where everyone attacks their mirror first, then uses their best judgement for their second attack (which is hard to predict some people’s “best judgement”).

My question (especially to you long time clan leaders), is which strategy do you use for your every day wars, especially interested in hearing from clans that have a variety of different level members – our wars usually consist of several players at each level, town hall 13 through town hall 8, with the majority being town hall 10.
