[ASK] How to see if Supercell support reacted to my support request?
Once I opened a support request in the app it looks like a chat. Once I asked my question/request and leave that chat, how can I go back to it and check if someone answered or had further questions?
It happend several times now that I opened a support case and I only got a notification by the game once the support case was closed. I do think I would see better progress on support tickets if I could react quicker.
At some point I didn’t react to the notification, and once it was gone I did not know how to go back to the chat.

Well, I just go back the same way and find all my previous/old chat just sitting there. Didn’t you try scrolling upwards to find out where your old chats went?
