This is an excel sheet I made for fun to show my upgrade priority for Town Hall 12. Only including Heros and major buildings. This was inspired by a post I saw online however, I changed some priorities and added some features. The darker cells show what should be done first. The excel sheet also contains interactive check box features to show what has been upgraded already and a boost feature that will change all prices and time according to your builder boost. Willing to share, let me know if you’re interested.
