You’re the top lvl so any lvl will do. I’m th12 in titan 1 and about 1/10 of the bases I find r th12. At least 3/10 of the th13 bases have high loot levels probably bc everything costs so much. Storages always have to be so full. Ofc if your attacking skills or heroes r weak, you’ll probably need to drop farther down. But the bonus at titan 1 is generous.
Legend league. You don’t lose loot when you get hit and every base has standard loot. If you can stay above 5000, you’ll soon have more loot than you can use
