[ASK] Why do some people end their raids at 99%?
I’ve seen multiple raids on my village where the attacker could easily 3 star but ends the battle right before the last building gets destroyed. Is there some kind of strategy behind this?

Get your want to have your own guide
I do this, and its to get less trophies so i can stay in a specific league without having to waste more time dropping trophies if that makes sense
It’s possible that they’re were only in it for the loot since they may be farming. Usually, farmers tend to slow down their trophy gains to stay in their recommended farming league. And I honestly do that too btw.
When you have been playing the game for years and done literally thousands of raids, it can feel tedious at times. Get your loot and get out. Plus like the previous poster mentioned you will get less trophies and can help when you are trying to maintain staying at lower trophies
it’s probably to have mercy on your base, like they don’t want to ruin you if you’re trophy pushing
