My issue is that it will only let me log into an existing one and not just let me register a new ID
you said you were under 16 didnt you?
new system means that US accounts under 16 dont get to make supercell IDs. forget this account and start over. its for the best anyway since any clan you’ll enter will have their chat censored because of you and will probably kick you for it anyway
