[ASK] Recently, I came across these apps from which one can directly copy base layouts. Is that against the TOC? Will I get a temporary/permanent ban if I use these services?

No. I’ve been using an app called ClashBasePedia. It’s actually very good and u can sort by a bunch of tags, and how many ppl downloaded it or by reviews.
